How to Get Your Document Notarized

1. Step 1: Prepare Your Document

   Ensure all sections are completed, but do not sign until you meet with the notary.

2. Step 2: Verify Your Identity

   Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.).

3. Step 3: Schedule Your Notary Appointment

   Use our online booking system or call us at (954) 669-0127.

4. Step 4: Meet the Notary

   For in-person notarizations, meet at a pre-arranged location. For Remote Online Notary (RON), join a secure video call.

5. Step 5: Sign & Notarize

   The notary will witness your signature, complete the notarial seal, and officially notarize your document.

6. Step 6: Receive Your Notarized Document

   For online notarization, you’ll receive a secure digital copy. For in-person, you’ll get a physical notarized document.
