Since January 1, 2020, Remote or Online Notarizations have been legal in the state of Florida.
Remote Notaries in Florida can do notarizations for signers anywhere in the world. (as long as the Notary is physically located in the state at the time of the notarial act.)
It’s a pretty simple process, and you can even get your online notarization via your mobile phone. You’ll need to upload a copy of your ID, and then we will verify your identity via Zoom. After that you simply sign, we stamp, and the final paperwork is sent to you to download, print, or e-mail.
